Opening arguments began this week in Colorado in the case to compel the CO A.G. to remove Trump from the ballot in both 2024’s Primary & General Elections. Based on the 14th Amendment, it’s one of at least two such state cases, along with Minnesota, that could eventually reach the Supreme Court.
